  To book a hotel on our website, select a city, fill in the arrival and departure dates and the number of guests in the room - adults and children. Further, the system itself will offer hotels with vacancies for the dates you specify. For a more convenient and personalized search, you can also use filters.

• How to pay for a hotel reservation?

  You can pay for your reservation online - using your bank card. Please note that the system does not provide a deferred booking option. Payment for the room will be charged at the time of booking. After the payment, you will receive an e-mail voucher for the hotel, on the basis of which the check-in at the hotel takes place. The voucher gives the right to stay at the hotel, but other services not provided at the time of its purchase are paid by you at the hotel.

• When will the card be withdrawn or blocked?

  Your card will be charged immediately upon completion of the booking process. As a successful payment confirmation, you will receive a voucher from the hotel in the mail.

• What is necessary to make a hotel reservation?

  Anyone who is at least 18 years old can book any service on our website.

• Can I cancel a hotel reservation?

  Yes, you can do this in your personal account by clicking the "Cancel" button.

• Is there a cancellation fee?
