How can I book and pay for bus tickets?
You can do this on our website in just a couple of minutes. To do this, fill in the departure and arrival dates, choose a route that is suitable for you, enter personal data of travelers, and then make a reservation. Orders can be paid online using a bank card in any way. You can also pay for your reservation at the nearest KIYAVIA office.
What kinds of route sheets can I get?
There are three types of route sheets:
- travel document for a bus that does not involve an exchange for a bus ticket. With this ticket, you immediately get on the bus.
- a voucher that must be exchanged before the departure of the bus at the ticket office of the bus station.
- an exchange form which also must be exchanged in the ticket office of the bus station.
Please note that the Voucher and Exchange Form can be exchanged no later than 5 minutes before the scheduled departure of the bus. More detailed information can be found in the Public Offer Agreement and in the order form, which will be sent to your email address after paying for the reservation.
Can I change the date of departure in existing orders?
No, unfortunately, you cannot make any changes to an order that has already been placed. You need to return the ticket and place a new order.
How can I return an unused ticket?
Each carrier has its own rules for processing the return of unused travel documents. The possibility of a refund and the amount of the compensated funds depends on the date of application and the filing of the corresponding application. We recommend getting acquainted with the rules specified in the travel document.
We also recommend that you contact our Call Center via toll-free numbers as soon as possible: 566 from a mobile or 0 800 500 566 from a landline. Refunds will be made the same way the payment was made.
What are the baggage rules?
You can carry free baggage up to 25 kg and 60x60x40 cm at the rate of one piece of baggage per passenger. If you need extra baggage space, check with the carrier about this possibility.
Is insurance included in the bus ticket price?
Yes, compulsory insurance is included in the ticket price at the time of your trip.
