Airport Duties
For airport services, passengers are charged duties (taxes), which are not included into the transportation tariff. Today tax charged by Airport Borispol amounts to 19 c.u. For security, airlines charge extra duties set by each airline separately. All taxes are paid at the time of purchasing the air ticket.  Transportation of Children
Children aged less than 12 years can travel at preferential tariff governed by the airline. Children can travel either accompanied or unaccompanied by adult passengers. Terms of Air Travel Registration for Pregnant Women
Your agent shall be informed on pregnant women intended to travel as early as when booking the air ticket. At the first pregnancy and pregnancy term shorter than 36 weeks, the travel is allowed without limitation, at the term over 36 weeks, the flight is not allowed. If this is the 2nd (3rd) pregnancy, the flight is allowed at the pregnancy term up to 34 weeks. If the pregnancy develops with complications, the certificate of medical department of the airline is required. For the mothers who just gave the birth, the travel is not recommended for 7 days. Luggage Transportation Norm
Free of charge luggage transportation norm is as follows: in Economy class: 20 kg, in Business class: 30 kg, and in the First class: 40 kg. At the same time, the luggage should not be longer than two meters. The payment of any above the norm luggage is made at the airport during the check-in for all transportation up to point of destination. Hand Luggage
In conformity with the norms of luggage transportation, passengers can transport to the cabin one package of hand luggage of limited size: it should fit in specially intended for this luggage shelf in the cabin, under the seat or in the hand. Passengers can transport free of charge the following items: ladies' handbags, folder for papers, coat or raincoat, umbrella, video camera, notebook, printed periodicals for reading in flight. Transportation of Home Animals
Transportation of home animals in the cabin is banned. Such transportation is provided only in special department of the airplane. If you plan to take your pet with you, inform your agent to that effect when booking the air ticket. You will also have to produce the documents on the animal, veterinary certificate and acquire special container for transportation of animals. The payment for transportation of animals is provided in the airport during the registration of the air ticket. The payment depends on the size of animal and route. Some airlines provide their passengers with meal selection service. Passengers, who by their national specific features or religion prefer certain cuisine, are offered Kosher, Muslim or Indian meal. In addition, they offer broad selection of dietary meal with low caloric content, lowered content of fat and cholesterol, and vegetarian meal.
