1. The participant of the program (further referred to as the Participant) must be 18 or more years old and should be a person, who has already purchased the travel package in "KIY AVIA".
2. Only one plastic card for bonus accumulation must be drawn up for one person.
3. Every Participant may use only one personal card, which confirms the participation in the program.
4. Every time of travel package purchasing the Participant must show the plastic card of Participant of the program to the travel consultant of "KIY AVIA".
5. It is recommended for the Participant to keep all travel vouchers.
6. "KIY AVIA" is obliged to inform the Participant about all changes in rules and conditions of the program trough e-mail or mailing address.
7. For the determination of program level the travel packages must be purchased at a published value.
8. Discounts, provided by the program, are spread on the travel packages, purchased only in the own points of sale of "KIY AVIA".
9. Discounts, provided by the program are given only after showing the personal card of Participant.
10. KIY AVIA does not undertake any financial responsibility for discounts, not used by the client due to the reasons beyond of KIY AVIA control.
11. If case of changing the contact information, surname etc., Participant must inform the travel consultant of "KIY AVIA" about it.
12. "KIY AVIA" has the right to exclude any Participant from participation in the program, to withdraw the personal card of Participant and to cancel all points collected, if Participant disrupts rules and conditions of the program in sections 1-4, 11.
